FOUNDING & LEAD PASTORS:
Mike and Barb Cameneti
Pastors Mike and Barb are the founding and lead pastors of Faith Family Church—a local church that had its start as a Bible study in the basement of a Canton, Ohio home. Together they have spent the last three decades serving the people of this community and beyond by helping them establish and grow in their relationship with God. Married over forty years, they have two adult children, Michael (Amber) Cameneti and Stephanie (Noah) Nickel, and love being Nina and Papa to their six grandchildren: Kade, Paisley, Paxton, Ava, Bear, and Sunday.
EXECUTIVE PASTOR:
Derrick McMullin
Derrick serves as the executive pastor at Faith Family Church, helping to lead the staff and organization of the church. Since joining the staff in 2004, he has worked in multiple capacities, including the middle and high school ministries and launching our connect groups ministry. Derrick and his wife Kristen have been married for over 15 years, and enjoy all things Cleveland sports, home projects, and building Lego sets and watching Star Wars with their sons, Evan and Lincoln.
FAIRLAWN CAMPUS PASTOR:
Josh Pancher
Pastor Josh serves on our executive team and is the campus pastor for our Fairlawn campus. Prior to their move to the campus, Josh oversaw the generational ministries of Faith Family Church and his wife, Jillian, served alongside him ministering to youth and young adults. Together they continue to oversee Love Is Red, Faith Family Church’s annual youth and young adult conference. The couple has been married for over ten years and they have two young sons, Jude and Weston.
FREEDOM CAMPUS DIRECTOR:
KIEL COX
Kiel serves as the campus director for the Freedom campus (North Canton), bringing leadership to staff and volunteers. Prior to joining the staff at Faith Family, Kiel worked as an educator for 15 years, teaching English at Kent Roosevelt High School and coaching soccer. Kiel and his wife Kaitlin have a young daughter, Stella.
ONLINE CAMPUS DIRECTOR:
KRIS KEYES
Kris is the director for our online campus. Kris has served in multiple roles at Faith Family, including our youth ministry, creative team, and most recently, overseeing the amazing volunteer teams of Faith Family Church. He and his wife Megan have been married for over ten years and have two young children, Eisley and Asher.
STOW CAMPUS PASTOR:
Michelle Cole
Michelle serves as the campus pastor for our newest campus in Stow, Ohio. She and her husband Aaron have been married since 2006 and have loved getting to be a part of serving the people of Faith Family Church for over 20 years. Aaron is the Technical Director and also serves in our Kids Ministry.
At Faith Family, our Family Care Team helps care for our church family in a variety of ways: providing biblical guidance for life, marriage, and families, making hospital visits, officiating weddings and funerals, and leading a variety of classes.
